Big Ed's Piano Gallery Employees,
I wanted to take a minute to thank you all for your help, during my visit to your store. The entire staff was very friendly. I was just shoppin around at the time, but ended up purchasing a piano. Your prices are very reasonable. My piano was delivered the next day. What great service. The drivers were very professional and easy to talk to. I can't seem to pry myself away from my new piano.

I cannot express how happy I am with my piano purchase! The entire experience was such a pleasant one. There was NO pressure at all! A friend of mine suggested your place because she had bought a piano from you six years ago and she said you were wonderful to deal with. I'm so glad I made the trip because she was absolutely right. The only problem I did have was choosing a piano, because all the pianos I played sounded fabulous. They all were tuned and looked beautiful. My kids enjoyed their day there too. They did not want to come, because they thought it was going to be boring. Needless to say they loved playing Play Station at your place. The kid's area is a great idea, to know I could take my time on choosing a great piano, while the kids were occupied really set my mind at ease.
The delivery from D&E Piano Movers was awesome too! The guys were so polite and courteous. There is no doubt they know what they are doing when it comes to moving pianos and are very knowledgeable about pianos in general. They were very helpful and patient while I made up my mind where to place my beautiful piano.
It will be my pleasure to send anyone I know to your Piano Gallery! Good luck in your new business! I'm sure you will succeed.

I want to thank you for such a wonderful job restoring my 50 year old piano. It absolutely looks like it came off of a showroom floor. It is amazing as to the quality and workmanship of your company. I spoke with Ed when trying to decide whether to purchase a new one or restore mine and he was so sincere and helped me make that decision. He said, "if it is sentimental to you then it is worth restoring" and was he ever RIGHT!!!!!!!. Thank goodness I didn't purchase a new one. I could have cried when I saw it. Thank you so much.
